Goodwill Industries Wall Street Mission offers job training programs in Sioux City, IA and Sioux Falls, SD. The main purpose of these programs is to focus on a particular skill and to prepare the individual for an entry level job. All of our training programs are open-ended to accommodate each individual learning style according to his/her individual abilities.

The programs provide participants the opportunity to become proficient in a particular occupation and open doors to career opportunities. A principal advantage of this program in Goodwill Industries is the large number of work stations which are available for work experience so that the individual can later be referred to a job having not only the training but the actual work experience. Our programs include Job Readiness Assessment, Skills Training, Vocation Success Program, Youth Employment Services Program (YES), and Job Placement.

These services are available to persons of all ages. The goal for every person entering our job training programs is to secure competitive community employment.
