- Youth Employment Services—A local education agency and Department of Juvenile Services driven program providing alternative educational and work experience programs for youth at risk of dropping out of school, and Juvenile Court action. 15 youth served
- Federal Programs—Approved Title XIX Waiver provider for Elderly Waiver, Mental Retardation Waiver, Physically Handicapped Waiver, Ill and Handicapped Waiver, Group Home services, Adult Rehabilitation Option (Title XIX Entitlement program), HUD housing programs, HUD Continuum of Care program, and Department of Labor managed work site.
- State Programs—Department of Human Service, Department of Education, and Department of Vocational Rehabilitation provider in Iowa , Nebraska , and South Dakota .
- Respite Services—A short-term care giving program for families of disabled children. 72 families served.
- Adult Day Program—A program for adults who are unable to be involved in the world of work. 27 individuals served.
- 252 housing units in Sioux City and South Sioux City , including 2 group homes, and units designed for the elderly and those with disabling conditions.
- YouthBuild: At risk high school youth learning carpentry trade through large collaboration of community based organizations. 68 youth served.

Special Events |
- Goodwill Summer Camp—500 children and 1600 people from community churches, service clubs and businesses benefited from the camp located just outside South Sioux City , Nebraska .
- Annual Shoe and Mitten Party—Over 3325 area children receive free shoes, socks, hats, mittens and scarves. We serve children in Iowa , South Dakota , Minnesota and Nebraska through our store locations.
- Thanksgiving Dinner—2025 community residents enjoy a free traditional Thanksgiving meal served by volunteers. The dinner has been served the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving since 1927.
- Annual Dinner—A friend raiser event with a nationally recognized speaker which elevates awareness of Goodwill's programs and broadens donor base.
